Cafe
o Food Service Worker: Requires all aspects of food service, including food preparation, cooking, serving, maintain cleanliness of cafeteria, tables and food stations, and stocking of napkins, condiments, silverware, and food and beverage stations. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.
o Cashier: Responsible for processing payments for cafeteria transactions and operating the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays. Duties include:
Receiving cash at the beginning of work shift and counting the money in the drawer to verify accuracy
Greeting each guest as they go through the line
Itemizing and ringing food and beverage items into register
Ensuring that the correct price is charged for all items
Collecting payment from all food service guests, making accurate change for the transaction
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work place for guests and co-workers

Restaurant
o Server: Perform all aspects of professional table service and for every guest, including wine/beverage service, menu knowledge, and proper cash handling with Point of Sale (POS) usage. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays. Duties include:
Take accurate orders and process effectively and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and neat appearance and comply with dress code requirements.
Serve meals to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Perform cleaning duties in restaurant areas.
Stock and restock areas of restaurant as necessary.
Accurate cash handling and credit card processing required to training specifications.
Perform end of shift accounting and tip recording procedures.
Assists with group functions and banquets as scheduled.
Work cooperatively with other staff members.
o Bartenders: Provide friendly and professional beverage service, while maintaining strict controls on alcohol usage and consumption levels of guests. Experience preferred. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays. Duties include:
Take accurate drink orders and process effectively and efficiently.
Check ID’s of guests to ensure they are of legal drinking age
Maintain a clean and neat appearance and comply with dress code requirements.
Serve beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of the bar and bar areas at all times
Stock and restock areas of bar as necessary.
Accurate cash handling and credit card processing required to training specifications.
Perform end of shift accounting and tip recording procedures.
Assists with group functions and banquets as scheduled.
Work cooperatively with other staff members.
• Bar Back: Prepare drinks primarily for server tickets and for bartenders as needed. Assist bartenders with beverage preparation, cleaning/putting away glassware and restocking - involves heavy lifting. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.
• Line Cook: Food Service
• Dishwasher: Involves cleaning, sorting and putting away dishes, utensils, pots, pans and other equipment in designated storage areas. Must be able to keep up with a high volume of dishes and cleaning tasks. Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by chef at any time. Reliable attendance on all scheduled work days. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.
