Heuga’s Alpine Restaurant was established in 2021. The newly built facility is located at the base of Song Mountain with a spectacular view of the ski trails and beautiful landscape. We offer great food and drink, and strive to provide a spectacular venue for our patrons. With our rapid growth, we are continually looking for dedicated individuals that share our passion for good food and commitment to our guests!   • Server

    Perform all aspects of professional table service and for every guest, including wine/beverage service, menu knowledge, and proper cash handling with Point of Sale (POS) usage. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.

  • Bartender

    Provide friendly and professional beverage service, while maintaining strict controls on alcohol usage and consumption levels of guests. Experience preferred. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.

  • Bar Back

    Prepare drinks primarily for server tickets and for bartenders as needed. Assist bartenders with beverage preparation, cleaning/putting away glassware and restocking - involves heavy lifting. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.

  • Host/Hostess

    Welcome all guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Offer seating based on the number of guests and availability. Ensure all tables are clean and presentable. The host/hostess will treat each guest with warmth, and a willingness to make their visit a great experience.

  • Chef/Line Cook

    Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment. Cook food in a timely manner and delegate tasks to the kitchen staff. Ensure an appealing plate presentation for all guests. Monitor food stock and place orders. Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen area.

  • Dishwasher

    Involves cleaning, sorting and putting away dishes, utensils, pots, pans and other equipment in designated storage areas. Must be able to keep up with a high volume of dishes and cleaning tasks. Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by chef at any time. Reliable attendance on all scheduled work days. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.

  • Food Runner

    Assist the kitchen staff in the delivery of meals in a timely fashion. Stay abreast of any customer issues with regards to service delays or food issues and report these to the kitchen staff. Treat every customer with respect and regard for their culinary experience.
